Exfil Security and www.exfilsecuirty.com (collectively “Exfil Security,” “us,” “we” or “our”) are deeply committed to your right to privacy and takes your privacy seriously. We have prepared this privacy policy statement (“Privacy Policy”) to describe our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information through the Exfil Security website (“Site”). This Privacy Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Use Agreement.

Categories of Information We Collect

Exfil Security will collect, use, and disclose your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Through the combination of both internal and third party tracking code as well as cookies, we may track the following categories of information when a visitor enters the Site: (1) IP address, (2) domain servers, (3) type of computer used to access the Site, (4) types of web browsers (collectively “Anonymous Data”). Such data does not collect information that identifies you as an individual. Exfil Security uses Anonymous Data for general marketing purposes and to help enhance customer experience on the Site.

We may collect information about your computer, including your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and in order to create reports. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

In addition, if you communicate with us regarding the Site or any of our services or products we collect any information that you provide to us during the course of our communication, such as information provided when filling out our contact form (the “Contact Information”).

We may use analytic and reporting technologies to record non-personal information such as Internet domain and host names, Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser software, operating system types, click patterns, and the dates and times that the Site and our services are accessed by you. We may in contract with a third party to help us manage, monitor and optimize our Site and measure the effectiveness of our advertising, communications and use of the Site.

Use of Cookies and Web Beacons

Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer’s hard drive. These cookies are used to store information, such as the time that the current visit occurred, whether the visitor has been to the site before and what site referred the visitor to the web page.

One type of cookie in use on the Site is for Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analytics tool that helps website owners understand how visitors engage with their website. Other Information

If you post information on any of our blog post comments, chat groups, message boards or forums, such information you provide may be available to other members of the Site and other Site visitors. You should use caution when deciding to disclose your personal information in these venues as we do not control who may participate in these interactive forum.

Also, please be advised that certain personal information becomes public record upon the filing of documents with the state or the court. For example, the corporate name, business address and the name of the registered agent become public information upon the filing of articles of incorporation. In many cases, the Secretary of State will provide this information to third parties for a fee. The US Patent and Trademark Office will also make public the names and addresses of trademark registrants. In some states, fictitious business names, including the name and address of the business owner, must be published in a newspaper. Exfil Security’s privacy policy does not cover actions by these third parties.

Use and Disclosure of Information We Collect

Except as described in this Privacy Policy, we will not share your Contact Information with third parties, unless such disclosure is necessary (as determined in our sole discretion) to: (a) comply with a court order or other legal process; (b) protect the rights, property, and/or safety of Exfil Security or any third party; or (c) enforce the Terms of Use.

We use reasonable measures to maintain the security of your Contact Information. However, no company, organization, or online community, including www.exfil-staging.qytgmxk6-liquidwebsites.com and Exfil Security, can fully eliminate security risks associated with personal information.

We may provide your personal information to third party service providers who work on behalf of or with www.exfil-staging.qytgmxk6-liquidwebsites.com to provide some of the services and features of the Site and to help us communicate with the members of our Site. However, these service providers do not have any independent right to share this information (expect pursuant to a legal requirement such as a subpoena or warrant).

We may share some or all of your personal information with our parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under a common control (“Affiliates”), in which case we will require our Affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.

If the assets related to the Site are acquired by another company, that company will possess the personal information collected by us and it will assume the rights and obligations regarding your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Our Site contains links to other third-party websites (“Linked Websites”). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of the Linked Websites. If you choose to visit other websites, we are not responsible for the Privacy Practices or content of those other websites, and it is your responsibility to review the Privacy Policies at those websites to confirm that you understand and agree with their policies.

As discussed above, we may also make blog comments, chat groups, forums, and message boards available to you, but please understand that any information you disclose in these areas becomes public information and accordingly, such information is not subject to this Privacy Policy. We have no control over its use and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose any personal information.

Updates to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, change, update or modify this Privacy Policy, by posting such change, update or modification on the Site. Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting.

Effective date

This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 1st, 2018.

Do Not Track Signals

On September 27, 2013, California Governor Jerry Brown signed into law A.B. 370, amending the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) to require website operators to disclose how they respond to “Do Not Track Signals” (DNT signals) and whether third parties collect Personally Identifiable Information about users when they visit the Site.

Exfil Security honors DNT signals and does not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a DNT browser mechanism is in place.
