Dennis Bailey

Director of Security and AI Engineering

Has spent the last twenty years in the security industry working in risk assessment, compliance, offensive security, and secure design across the entire stack. Runs Exfil’s training and certification program.

Holds an M.S. in Information Security & Assurance from George Mason, an M.A. in Political Science from American University, and an M.A. in Psychology from the University of Dayton.

Dennis also owns Owl’s Watch, a birding ecolodge in Colombia, where he lives with his wife and two kids.

Darren Davis

Co-founder

A business builder and person of deep faith who loves being on teams that work together to build each other up and help each other achieve their professional goals.

Spends his non-work time playing basketball, biking, working out, and camping with his family.

To stay grounded, he remembers what Jesus said in John 5:43.

Chris Butler

Co-founder

Keeps the wheels turning at Exfil. Has done everything from working as a sales and operations executive at Fortune 500 companies to building multiple startups from the ground up.

Has a passion for building companies, teams, and systems. Volunteers with the BSA and his local church, loves travelling throughout the US and Europe.

Fun fact: he once played the role of the Sheriff of Nottingham in an all-Spanish version of Robin Hood.
